Administrator Karim is an absolute legend! He genuinely cared about my comfort and went above and beyond to help. Amazing desserts, reliable taxi service, and flawless English communication skills. The room was bright, clean, and cozy with a comfortable sofa bed. Convenient 24/7 minimarket and cafe nearby. Highly recommend!

Clean and light room with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV for a very comfortable stay. Easy to get to, absolutely perfect and favourable location very close to the metro. Good choice of food options relatively near the venue.
